Congregation Etz Chaim maintains an office at Mt. Rise Church with a part-time administrative assistant. The Temple office can be reached by phone at (585) 223-5344 and by e-mail at admin@congregationetzchaim.org.
Our administrative assistant has office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am until Noon. At other times, leave a message and she'll call you back; you can always email her at admin@congregationetzchaim.org.

Our Congregation has been added to the WHAM-TV and WHAM 1180 weather closings lists !
Unfortunately, during the winter months, it is sometimes necessary to advise congregants that services or religious school have been canceled. In that event, Congregation Etz Chaim will be included in the closing-listings on Channel 13, as well as the following radio stations: WHAM 1180-AM, 1280-AM, 110.5-FM, 106.7-FM, 102.3-FM and 95.1 FM and on the their web school closing page.
Additionally, Channel 13 provides a free service that will notify you by text-message or email in the event of a closing. Just click on the link "sign up for school alert notifications" on the school closing page, and sign up for this service.
